This is another one of our favorites, and Ryan this is for you:)
If you love french dip sandwiches then you are going to love this one! It is sooo easy and the only thing that might be a little costly is the meat.
1 can (14.5 oz.) beef broth
2 garlic cloves minced or pressed
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 med. green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 lb. thinly sliced deli roast beef
6 hoagie or sub. rolls split
In a skillet, bring broth, garlic, oregano, and pepper to a boil. Add green peppers. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered until tender, about 5 min.
Remove green peppers and place on a plate, cover with foil to keep warm.
Return broth to a boil. Add roast beef, cover and remove from heat. Let stand only 2 min. or until meat is heated through.
I like to add butter and then toast my rolls. Add meat to the plate with the peppers and pour all that yummy liquid into dipping bowls for you sandwich. They put your Sandwiches together and enjoy!!!
